Nope. The resistance remains the same but higher voltage means that a lower current is needed to transmit the same amount of power. The power loss only depends on the resistance and the current squared, and not on the voltage. Therefore if we reduce the current by increasing the voltage we can very efficiently reduce the power losses as well.

That's why the main, long distance power lines try to go with as high a voltage as technically possible.
