Believe it or not that many areas in the world - even in “developed countries” - are SO sparsely populated that they have no or at best very limited and very expensive internet connectivity. Let alone your imaginary 400Gbps. Satellites are often the only way and at the moment that’s very expensive. Starlink is going to change that.
